The modest sugar residue in complete balance with body, acidity, salinity and saltiness bring to the maximum olfactory expression typical of this semi-aromatic variety. Look for the thousands of flowery tones that go from flowers to honey and the fruity ones from fresh to exotic in its olfactory complexity.
